Change of Mind
We’re a small business and every product is packed with care, so while we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we do our best to provide detailed descriptions and photos to help you choose confidently.
If you have any questions before placing your order, feel free to reach out we’re always happy to help.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out quickly, with a replacement.
How to Request a Return
1. Email us at hello@jourstudios.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Please note: We cannot accept returns on digital products, gift cards, or sale items unless faulty.
